The HYBRIDPACK system consists of a packaging body and a cover bag – a film of Polyethylene (PE) the so called BIO film, which is mechanically applied to the packaging from the outside and inside and after use of the packaging is by machine removed from the body of the packaging and either stored in industrial compost inoculated with relevant beneficial microorganisms to achieve operational values for the formation of compost, recycled, burned in the form of briquettes in an industrial incinerator or is used as an input material for the production of paraffin.
The used returnable packaging is put in a wrapping machine that automatically removes the used film, a clean film is then stretched on the clean body, which again covers with a new technique the body from outside and inside. Subsequently, by shrinking of the film due to high temperature, the film is firmly bonded to the outer wall together with the surface. This is how a ready-to-use hybrid-packaging is created. The wrapping machine will be manufactured according to the client’s requests for various products of industry. The body can be used up to 200 times for 10 years, when it will be recycled and can be used 3 more times, i.e. a total of 800 times or 40 years.
Circular economy model shown is a response to a more acceptable form of the Green Deal. The corpus can also contain an integrated chip allowing targeted monitoring of the logistics path of each individual corpus. Such an intelligent body offers the possibility of using the display unit together with an Internet connection. Another option is a calibrated container to monitor the height of the liquid level or heating and cooling in a supplemented smart holder.
